Open a New Ticket
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
To open a ticket, login to the Site Manager using your Sermons Online Account ID and Password. On the home page, click the "Open a support ticket" button at the top-right corner of the page.
You must provide a valid email address. This address will be used to send messages from Sermons Online support representatives about the status of your support ticket.
After opening a ticket, click the "Back to Site Manager" link to return back to the Sermons Online administration page.
Check your email system for status update messages about your support ticket. These emails will contain links back to the ticket system. The messages will be from the account, "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Do not reply to these emails, they are not monitored. Instead, click the links in the body of the message.
