SupportTickets: Reopen a Closed Ticket

Anyone who has requested a support ticket for your church or organization is listed in the Support Tickets area of the Sermons Site Manager.


Clicking on a linked email will display all of the tickets ever routed to that address. From this list, a message can be reviewed by clicking on its subject line. To reopen a closed ticket, simply post a reply to it.
